Pros
Pros is that is it a job, get a paycheck, although small it is, and full time has medical benefits. Benefits are pretty good. Vision and dental also offered.
Cons
Pay nowhere covers work load, always short staffed, constantly pushed by manager for more work. Some workers are pulled from floor and work to be done there to another area of store, which puts more strain on floor employees.
