Pros
Paid time off.... Lots of it!!! Everyone gets it. If you stay there long enough, you might get bonuses. Impossible to get fired, very person-oriented. It's not perfect, but it's better than almost every company I've ever been with. I take plenty of cigarette breaks and nobody ever complains if anyone is late or calls in.
Cons
Will still squeeze you to work as hard as you can. Rules upon rules upon rules... Not strictly enforced, but you can get jumped on for doing A, and told to do B, jumped on for B, and told to do C, and then jumped on for C, and told to do A.
