Cons
1. Don't believe everything you hear or see about Globant. They spend heavily on PR. 2. Projects are often short in duration and can end within 2–3 months, leaving you on the bench. 3. People on the bench are required to work from the office (WFO) five days a week. It can take 3–4 months to get assigned to a new project, and even then, you must clear multiple rounds of client interviews after joining Globant. 4. HRs are among the most unhelpful people at Globant. All the good policies of the company are thrown out once you're assigned to a project because the client is treated like God here. 5. Annual appraisals are delayed by 6–10 months every year. In the last 3.5 years, I have received an appraisal only twice. 6. Forget about promotions—even if you're doing good work, you have to threaten your manager with resignation to get one.
