      * One of the few places in Chile where you can use English to work * Good salary * Great offices, one of the best I have ever been in Santiago * A good career path

      Cons

      * Everything depends on the client, either way if you are not ok with a project you can switch to another project * I'm working in a very small team and sometimes that is a bit bored
