Pros

Employee Stock Purchase Program and Work-Life Balance

Cons

Politics gets in the way of getting anything done leaving employees frustrated and unmotivated. The work environment is toxic across the entire organization, but it is especially worse in the Dallas campus (USA company headquarter). There is a lack of transparency and the employees’ best interest is not at heart. Most people are out for themselves. HR leaders are rigid and have outdated and traditional views on organizational culture. Additionally, the department is too lean. HR employees are overworked and because time and resources are so limited, they can only offer the bare minimum support. It’s also important to note that the turnover in this department has been staggering. The structures and systems in place box and divide people. Problems, even the simplest ones, take way too long to solve and keep recurring, wasting a lot of time and resources. Employees have voiced their opinions and concerns and have even proposed sound solutions to these issues through several platforms (employee opinion surveys, focus groups, one on ones with top leadership, etc.) but the company does nothing constructive with it. The company also struggles to attract top talent because it ignores its most important and valuable marketing asset: their employees. It doesn't understand the power of employee socialization about the company they work for. It will continue to fall short of bringing in good talent if the employees are unhappy. Field (the majority of the workforce) and remote employees do not receive the same recognition and resources given to the Dallas based employees.
