Pros
Good industry with a clear mission and purpose, strong market share. Stock options for employee retention, good international team. Good products and backend support.
Cons
A coterie of too many old hands, some hardly contributing to the company. Hardly any growth as all the old guys haven't moved. The Indian management also does not encourage international growth and in some cases obstruct opportunities. Local management is also too conservative and not transparent. To such an extent that Employees don't know what grades they are in or what are some of the policies etc., Its more at the whims of the Indian management, thankfully it's changing over the year now.
