Great benefits, well-kept facilities in 2 of the 3 corporate buildings, French company so exempt from SOX restrictions, good central location right off of interstate 35, best products on the market, fairly lax on the dress code depending on the department

Big disparity in pay in men vs women, management doesn't understand the concept of glass ceiling and instead blames lack of diversity on women and POC, salaried workers will work long long hours and hourly employees are expected to work off the clock to get all the work done, upper management can't make a decision and stick to it, review process is unnecessary and complicated, employees are not valued as people only as cogs, HR is toothless, IT is abused, hourly workers are treated as sub-human, sexual harassment is rampant in finance, out sourcing to Mexico is straining some departments, parking is nightmare!
