      Pros

      Large company. Stable employment. Good benefits. Lots of different projects and tools being used. Middle management tries hard to provide a good working environment.

      Cons

      Large company. Changes direction constantly. As soon as one tool is implemented and stable they change their mind and bring in a new tool. The cycle is endless.

      Horrible base salary Horrible culture Discriminatory Was not impressed by Leadership team Seemed very arrogant but most unprofessional group of people I've ever witnessed in my 25+ year career Cult like Training program was like boot camp and trainers were unprofessional, had cliques, and were insulting These people are brainwashed If you are not brainwashed you don't fit in If you don't drink their cool aid they do everything in their power to discredit your abilities and let you go I have PTSD from my short time there They are brow beaters and not encouraging
