      Pros

      Great flexibilty, Easy to move around, lots of scope. You can easily move around between teams and also between various geographical locations.

      Cons

      Average pay, very unstructured. There are very less processes in place. The IT system is very poor, so lots of manual data crunching.

      Horrible base salary Horrible culture Discriminatory Was not impressed by Leadership team Seemed very arrogant but most unprofessional group of people I've ever witnessed in my 25+ year career Cult like Training program was like boot camp and trainers were unprofessional, had cliques, and were insulting These people are brainwashed If you are not brainwashed you don't fit in If you don't drink their cool aid they do everything in their power to discredit your abilities and let you go I have PTSD from my short time there They are brow beaters and not encouraging
