Danieli has a very long and performant industrial tradition in metallurgical plants' constructions, with internal effective technological standards and a high number of projects successfully put in place.
Cons
The Team Leaders from Cluj-Napoca for Mechanical Eng and HR need much more qualifications on their jobs. Their general attitude in front of employees and also the ethics are worse than normal expectations and need to be changed or aligned by the higher management from HQ. Generally they fire employees without any rational justification, acting on their will and personal preferences.
