Pros

Nice building and location of office

Cons

2 people in customer service they claim to need 4. Long term employee of 14 years has major control issues and seeks pity by telling you about abuse as a child. The other woman has not been there a year yet but sucks up to the control freak. In the interview, they tell you that you will receive 2 months of training. I received two weeks before I was let go. They told my temp agency I wasnt catching on fast enough. That was not the issue. The issue was a personality conflict. I do not allow people to scream at me and talk down to me. I was told my first day by both the women that they are on the third temp. The control freak seemed to delight in the fact that the last lady went to her car crying before quitting the next day. They have no real training program, no procedures to go by only the control freak telling you how to do things and being very annoyed when you ask questions. Their own human resource lady is well aware of the problems with her employee as stated to me by her.

Pros

-If somebody just graduated and starts looking the first job this could be a good option (in case one does not find better). -Multinational environment and life school

Cons

Very bad atmosphere. Managing has no leadership but only dictator ship. It seems like to be in a military school. Managers ignorant with low education level. The more aggressively you shout and the more your opinion is valid. No matter, if you are right. as a matter of fact, I have seen episodes were responsible seniors of 50/60 years old were mobbing subordinates like young adolescence bulls. If you come from a high-level university or PhD, it is a waste of time. Go to work abroad. Though, they try to promote innovation, actually the entire clima and behaviors do not foster the incipit of new ideas or the inventive. The old managers are too attached to old schemas. In addition, most of the tasks for engineers are not so much of high technological level to valorize their studies. Human Resources management very poor, not motivating and not clear career path. Salaries very low. You can stay for 20 years but your salary will not increase so much and if you ask an increment they fire you. One gets promoted if he is a bull and aggressive no matter if he knows. If today they do not need you, be sure they will fire you tomorrow without notifying. Ratio private life/job low They do not pay the over-hours are not payed but they force with evil psychological tricks to work every day at least 9h pro day

Pros

- Good to start if you have no experience and just trying to get any kind of job.

Cons

- Lying - don't trust a word they say - Extremely bad management. All comes down to jelling and screaming. They have no idea whats going on. - Treating the customer badly thinking the customer is inferior - No flexibility at all. If you forgot something in your car in front of the building, you need to fill special form and ask for allowance to go to your car to pick it up. - If you try to join the syndicate, then you are called to a meeting with HR - If you have a loan or a child, forget about any salary increase - The most incompetent in the team gets a raise or advances in job - Racist - A shameful working environment - Employing only younger people with no experience just to pay less - Low salary - Minimum working hours of 10h (but actually 8h is paid)
