      Pros

      Big company with pros and cons. Reccomended to guys from Friuli which live near the company. Canteen and basic medical insurance included. Possibility to see many different field, solution, to travel the world and to make career if remain for medium to long period.

      Cons

      Extra hours required and not paid (minimum 15 minutes per day, in the end at least 30 minutes per day depending on the office), high work load and in some cases disorganization due to high work load, not always pleasant work place due to collegues

      Terrible salaries. The americans in the office are basically seat fillers while the italians get the high pay and better positions
