1.Textbook Nepotism 2.No growth 3.No proper hike(3-5% maybe) 4.No respect to qualification or experience 5.No promotion 6.Can learn but being a niche sector not much companies to move around (will become stagnant) 7.Long working hours including Saturday for shop floor people which is not at all necessary if they do perfect work in the weekdays 8.Incoming materials are of bad quality become of favouring known companies etc
