      Good pay, potential overtime, fun environment at times. Nice people. Generally understanding with flexibility of schedule in times of need.

      Cons

      Extremely stressful, understaffed, limited room for growth, work/life balance. Health ins only okay. Stuck with scheduled hours because of attorneys.

      - Excellent pay and benefits - Flexibility with the hybrid schedule (depending on your practice group) - Easy to build community with other assistants and paralegals

      Cons

      - Easy to fall into burnout due to understaffing in assistant/paralegal positions - Be prepared for an unexpectedly higher or lower workload at any point. - D.C. location is particularly strict about the hybrid expectations - A bit disorganized as a whole when it comes to onboarding and training for your particular practice group.
