      L'ambiente è stimolante e di crescita.

      Cons

      Purtroppo il programma di internship avviato da qualche anno non comporta quasi mai alla conversione a trainee. Nel peggiore dei casi infatti si viene riconfermati come intern per altri 4/6 mesi per poi essere mandati a casa, il tutto a 1000€ al mese, per circa 60/65 ore di lavoro settimanali.

      - Excellent pay and benefits - Flexibility with the hybrid schedule (depending on your practice group) - Easy to build community with other assistants and paralegals

      Cons

      - Easy to fall into burnout due to understaffing in assistant/paralegal positions - Be prepared for an unexpectedly higher or lower workload at any point. - D.C. location is particularly strict about the hybrid expectations - A bit disorganized as a whole when it comes to onboarding and training for your particular practice group.
