      Lovely people, supportive leadership and good working culture. They are also supportive of flexible working.

      Cons

      Salaries could be more competitive. No incentivised bonus structure as of yet for MBD managers but I understand this is something being developed.

      Pros

      - Excellent pay and benefits - Flexibility with the hybrid schedule (depending on your practice group) - Easy to build community with other assistants and paralegals

      Cons

      - Easy to fall into burnout due to understaffing in assistant/paralegal positions - Be prepared for an unexpectedly higher or lower workload at any point. - D.C. location is particularly strict about the hybrid expectations - A bit disorganized as a whole when it comes to onboarding and training for your particular practice group.
