      The pay is ok. It isn't particularly worse than any other law firm. Sometimes there are nice perks. The discount programs are nice.

      Cons

      If you are support staff, you will work very hard and the pay, while ok is not commensurate with the work load.

      - Excellent pay and benefits - Flexibility with the hybrid schedule (depending on your practice group) - Easy to build community with other assistants and paralegals

      Cons

      - Easy to fall into burnout due to understaffing in assistant/paralegal positions - Be prepared for an unexpectedly higher or lower workload at any point. - D.C. location is particularly strict about the hybrid expectations - A bit disorganized as a whole when it comes to onboarding and training for your particular practice group.
