      The firm has a very expansive internal network which means you can tap into local legal advice easily and offer clients a very global service on projects.

      Cons

      Notoriously bad payer with a strong “boys network” that internally promote each-other to management positions. Not very flexible to working parents.

      - Excellent pay and benefits - Flexibility with the hybrid schedule (depending on your practice group) - Easy to build community with other assistants and paralegals

      Cons

      - Easy to fall into burnout due to understaffing in assistant/paralegal positions - Be prepared for an unexpectedly higher or lower workload at any point. - D.C. location is particularly strict about the hybrid expectations - A bit disorganized as a whole when it comes to onboarding and training for your particular practice group.
