      Flexible scheduling; positive environment; good management; excellent benefits, which in certain instances are extended to PT employees. Very forward-thinking.

      Cons

      Somewhat peculiar structure of IT and accounting departments; outsourcing of billing probably not a good idea. Taking advantage of tech advancements is good; losing good people is not.

      - Excellent pay and benefits - Flexibility with the hybrid schedule (depending on your practice group) - Easy to build community with other assistants and paralegals

      Cons

      - Easy to fall into burnout due to understaffing in assistant/paralegal positions - Be prepared for an unexpectedly higher or lower workload at any point. - D.C. location is particularly strict about the hybrid expectations - A bit disorganized as a whole when it comes to onboarding and training for your particular practice group.
