Pros

Truely an international Firm. For the most part people are friendly and there is a reasonable level of social activies. Very strong on pro bono and charity activities.

Cons

Very disorganised, business support are treated as second class compared to the fee earners. There is no sense of value from the partners to the employees.

Pros

- Excellent pay and benefits - Flexibility with the hybrid schedule (depending on your practice group) - Easy to build community with other assistants and paralegals

Cons

- Easy to fall into burnout due to understaffing in assistant/paralegal positions - Be prepared for an unexpectedly higher or lower workload at any point. - D.C. location is particularly strict about the hybrid expectations - A bit disorganized as a whole when it comes to onboarding and training for your particular practice group.
