      Top work and great resources. Slow to get there but, generally, market matching pay and good bonuses. Incredible international pro bono opportunities. Dynamic and fluid interoffice and international matter staffing and workflow.

      Contracting legal market, increase pressure on staff efficiency, cost-cutting, work sharing among offices.

      - Excellent pay and benefits - Flexibility with the hybrid schedule (depending on your practice group) - Easy to build community with other assistants and paralegals

      Cons

      - Easy to fall into burnout due to understaffing in assistant/paralegal positions - Be prepared for an unexpectedly higher or lower workload at any point. - D.C. location is particularly strict about the hybrid expectations - A bit disorganized as a whole when it comes to onboarding and training for your particular practice group.
