      Pros

      I enjoyed my time with my team and the other staff. Several attorneys were wonderful, but not all.

      Cons

      They appear to value loyalty, but actually would just as soon get rid of long-term employees and not replace them.

      Great experience at an elite law firm. Professional colleagues who are collaborative and supportive. Amazing office location and resources. Professional from top to bottom.

      Pros

      - Excellent pay and benefits - Flexibility with the hybrid schedule (depending on your practice group) - Easy to build community with other assistants and paralegals

      Cons

      - Easy to fall into burnout due to understaffing in assistant/paralegal positions - Be prepared for an unexpectedly higher or lower workload at any point. - D.C. location is particularly strict about the hybrid expectations - A bit disorganized as a whole when it comes to onboarding and training for your particular practice group.
