Pros
I was lucky enough to have a great competitive/ sales oriented manager to guide me what I need to do to improve myself as a Sales Associate. Although there's no commission, you will still be able to receive a 'bonus' to your paycheque if your team reach the target goal for the month.
Cons
No commission, but you're still given a personal goal on a weekly/ monthly basis. So you work hard for the rest of the team, but not everyone is hard working so in a way, you hard work will contribute to the team goal, and its great if you get the team bonus, and even better for people who hardly sold anything but also receive the same amount of bonus as you.
