      Great compensation packages, base, bonus and stock, with a long history of supporting professional development for mid to upper level managers

      Cons

      In major transition, brand and leadership wise, creating much turmoil and shifting reporting lines. Work loads can be extremely taxing not leaving much room for a life outside of work.
