Pros
Great PIP Program,great bonus, amazing staff & customers. Love the product and discount offered on it. Worked with very diverse staff and learned a lot about customer service.
Cons
Management meetings on days off were a bit annoying. Having to be in dress code to do a floor moove seemed a bit silly. I feel there was a bit too much micro managing.
