Pros
Work life balance is great. Mostly everyone is friendly and are wiling to help and coach you, just ask. Great opportunity and exposure to many departments. Know your place, work hard, people will notice. Coach is known to pay well-also why people enjoy their jobs/being there.
Cons
My department and management was wonderful, I am not sure if same across the board Company is downsizing/transitioning so not huge room for new opportunities. Mostly movement from within. Favor temp work. Full time opportunities are known to be a long process.
