      Pros

      Great people, and the pay is pretty good for a fashion company.

      Cons

      They got so focused on profits that they stopped focusing on the people. Growth depends on the culture of your team; some teams promote frequently, some never promote. Was blocked for internal transfers by my direct boss and left.

      Friendly and collaborative work enviroment. Clientele at the Fashion Valley location were pleasant.

      Always a lot of traffic there during the holidays
