      Pros

      Great company to work for. Great incentives. Room for growth if you put the work in. Always worked with professional and nice people.

      Cons

      Moving up can take a lot of time, even years due to positions not being available. The company is going through a lot of changes right now- and jobs don't seem as secure as they once were. Salary can be low.
