Pros
They truly strive in providing the right training tools to develop the perfect selling team. There is always room for growth and management is supportive. Very well established company to work for who truly treat their employees well. Awesome benefits and they stand by their name!
Cons
This may not be a bad thing but wanting to grow with the company sometimes means you have to wait until a position is open. Many employees have been with the company for 5+ years and sometimes it's hard to move up.
