Pros
Teamshare bonuses, opportunity for growth. I started 5 years ago as a stock associate, was promoted to assistant manager and now associate manager. My store is full of wonderful people and we are a very close knit team. Full-time associates get a full weekend off every month, which is awesome for retail.
Cons
The constant coupon and promotional changes are inconsistent, confusing and extremely frustrating to both the employees and customers. The current navy dress code is horrible and makes everyone look frumpy and unprofessional.
