Pros
Built amazing relationships outside of the company working with department stores initiatives and teaming up with store management for a shared vision of success.
Cons
Unfortunately underdeveloped management at the helm of the program/team. Immense favoritism and zero leadership in positions they should not have held. Culture/values were touted from the very top but not supported in the field level.
