Pros
-Great sales training -Compensation and perks were great if you were a million dollar seller.
Cons
-Scare-tactics used to manage employees-so many HR issues, nearly every new hire would get written up within their first week for being 1 minute late or clocking in 5 minutes early. Many of my co-workers would go home and cry after not meeting their sales goals because they couldn't take the pressure -Favoritism- saw some pretty terrible managers get moved up the ranks -NO ROOM TO GROW! if you are a great salesperson you are just that. They will refuse to promote you because of what they will lose in sales.
