Pros
Employee discount and co-workers are probably the only memorable aspects of this job. Occasional sales training, but ideas are a bit outdated.
Cons
Micromanagement, standing for a long time, and management does not accommodate the needs of their employees. I was almost forced to work for a holiday weekend because I can speak Mandarin (demand from Chinese customers are high at the location I worked) EVEN THOUGH I was told from the beginning that I would not be taken advantage of my ability to speak Mandarin. Major lack of transparency.
