Business Outlook
Pros
Everyone is extremely hardworking, dedicated and passionate. Coach pays well, provides great benefits including bonuses and stock options. The new offices are really nice. Coach is doing a good job re-inventing itself and it's been fun working with them.
Cons
I do think Coach could be more aggressive in their benefits and offer things that companies like Google and Facebook and Zillow are offering - better care for new mothers, IVF/Adoption help, flex time, paid or unpaid sabaticals, etc.
