Pros
The collaboration amongst most team members is the best I've ever seen. There are no egos involved just hard core work ethic and fantastic time management. Upper management is extremely accessible if you needed insight or guidelines to follow.
Cons
One of the biggest cons is how they say they encourage growth within the company and when opportunities present themselves it is extremely challenging to be considered. They also are cutting jobs at a full speed so many of the key players of the organization will be leaving therefore the dynamic of the collaborative teams will be drastically changing.
