Indecent pay - Anonymous employee Coach Employee Review

I worked at Coach and decided to leave when I found out there was a huge pay gap between gender, not the usual .88 cents women make for every $1.00 a man makes. I had been there almost two years and worked harder than any man there, a kid who was working with me said that I probably made great money there because of my work ethics. He said he was hired at X amount of dollars, I almost fainted he was making $3.00 more dollars than I was, not saying he didn't deserve it, of course he did , but I deserved it too, considering my hard work, my time there , and my dedication to the company.
