Pros
Most positions offer some type of benefits. All positions can earn bonuses depending on hours worked and percent over plan for the month.
Cons
The selling style is too intense. They pay too little for everything they expect of associates. Recently they took away annual bonuses. Don't make commission but everything is based on how much you make in sales. The environment becomes too toxic and competitive.
