Pros
50 % discount on selected items and 65% once a year as Staff appreciation yet again on selected items. That’s the only benefit I can think of. Any other discount scheme you’re told of is a total sham. Absolutely not worth it

No holiday pay Employee discount does not apply to everything Hardly hit targets and commission amount shared between team is close to pennies for the amount of effort we put in…. Ridiculous (maybe £200 for full timers and £100 for part timers) if you don’t hit the base target, you get nothing but your hourly wage. No Christmas bonus Uniform is NOT free as they take 10% hours tax out of your pay Very strict management On the whole very stingy company to work for despite their global and social recognition
