      Carrier has a fast pace environment that empowers their employees to drive progress through good judgment a decision making. Daily work is challenging within a good workplace environment.

      Cons

      They could certainly be more competitive in the salary but you don't feel underpaid for the work you do.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
