      Very nice facility. Salary and benefits were competitive.

      Cons

      Very little if any guidance from Management. Training consists of slide shows and they expect you to be an Expert from watching a few slide shows.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
