Pros

Truly enjoy working with my manager.

Cons

HR department is running out of ink to write the Reduction in Force papers. How can you take someone seriously when they have RIF's as frequently as the wind changes? Some of the best and brightest have been forced out and none replaced. Customers have complained that the changes have given them second thoughts about signing lengthy agreements.

Pros

The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

Cons

Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
