- Good salary if you join as junior - Quarter bonus and holidays bonus

Cons

- Corrupted management, you need friendships with managers for promotions - Management lacks completely of knowledge and is incapable of managing its workers - the way they split up the work , makes it completely manual - No access to ERPs and Banks, huge problems

The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

Cons

Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
