      - Excellent 401k match, 100% match up to 9%. - Many sick days available and can be carried over to next year - Tuition reimbursement - Work environment not stressful, friendly coworkers

      - Product quality issues due to agressive cost reduction - Product development cycle is too long - Poor documentation, engineering processes - Too frequent change of leadership

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
