      Pros

      Pay, benefits, and work life balance are amazing. Room for advancement and growth are good.

      Cons

      Lots of red tape and rules, none of which is explained clearly. You can be doing your job for two years before someone tells you, you have been doing a certain process wrong. Also training does not really exist and Corporate is slow to make changes.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
