      They had some good people that really wanted to make a difference.

      Cons

      Too much turnover (technicians and professional) with the consolidation and closing of offices. No one knew what was going to happen next. Morale was extremely low.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
