      Pros

      Decent benefits..I was able to make my own hours for the majority of the time. They allowed only the good old boy club to advance though :(

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't plan ahead. Spent many days calling around looking for work. Didn't value my time at all ...

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
