      Pros

      The company takes a personal interest in you as a person. There is an excellent balance between work life and personal life. The benefits are top notch. The medical and dental insurance are great. They also have company paid life insurance and they match up to 3% on your contributions to your 401K.

      Cons

      You get paid a bonus based on what the branch sells as a whole. You would think that this would be a good thing. However, the numbers were always generated by corporate in Syracuse and the numbers never seemed to match what we know we sold at the local level.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
