      Pros

      Good people, good salary, good benefits. Before all the acquisitions, this was a great place to work.

      Cons

      Forced ranking, poor upper level management over the last few years, constant turmoil from acquisitions and mergers, terrible human resources department, terrible beauracracy at every turn, forced ACE (really Six Sigma) techniques regardless of their applicability, constant budget cuts. Aging products, huge technical debt, very low investment.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
