-Wouldn’t know if there was overtime until the last hour or so of work -Wouldn’t know if we’d work weekends until the end of the week -Two shifts merged into one so a lot of people were laid off -Lay offs were almost a year ago, don’t know if they’ll ever call back.

Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
