Pros

You start generating PTO, but only when you become a store manager or higher. They do offer health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Cons

To be constantly threatened to get fired for not meeting 90% of my high quotas during a global pandemic. That is definitely the #1 reason I decided to leave. I only found out that it was an "empty threat" when I put my 2 weeks notice in. I never want to work for a company that think they can incentivize their employees by threatening them. What a horrible environment and company culture. Their employment ads say "$36,000 - $55,000 a year salary", which obviously is including commission. However, as a "gold status" store manager, you are a $30,000 a year salaried employee. Not including commission of course. Being a salaried employee, you are expected to be on call and work any amount hours required to make you "successful". Working so much wouldn't be so bad if they didn't constantly change your commission structure. Which always resulted in you making less commission - for example: they have the commission structure set up to have the chance of having your hard earned commission being taken away from you for not meeting certain sales metrics. When I left it was 35% of your commission being taken away, andt one time it was 50%, or even 100%. Regardless of where you are located (I was in a somewhat rural area), they expect you to meet the same standards and quotas as cities that are 2-3 times the size of your town. And of course if you can't meet those quotas, that means zero commission earned. However, if you display your concerns about the high quotas for your area, the economic down fall of your area ( results from Covid-19). They just say you're not trying hard enough and to stop making excuses. I definitely could list more cons, but I will stop here.
